About Us

Our story

Andy created SupportKey 25 years ago, after identifying the difficulty small and medium-sized businesses in Scotland had in getting access to decent IT support close to home. As the need for SupportKey’s services became increasingly obvious, Tom joined the team as a second Senior Consultant – and it wasn’t long before Stuart also came on board.

It became clear early on that businesses appreciated – and needed – the personal attention the three could provide. We take the time to get to know our clients, rather than providing ‘one size fits all’ solutions. Based in Paisley, SupportKey now has clients throughout the central belt of Scotland, and up into the highlands and islands.

A growing client base meant we could expand the team with the introduction of the service desk to provide immediate first line support. Now there’s also an office manager keeping an eye on everything behind the scenes, notably using the very same services and software that we recommend to our clients.

Team Image

We like to meet our clients personally, creating long-lasting relationships where we can help guide them as technology evolves. We regard ourselves as a technology partner. We aim to be the people who look after the back end of your business, leaving you the time and freedom to focus on moving your ideas forwards.

Our clients often feel overwhelmed by their IT needs, as in our digital age those needs become a more complex, yet integral part of every business. We can take care of everything, ensuring you never need to worry about reliability, security or privacy. Our quiet presence in the background will help your business grow from strength to strength.

We pride ourselves on building strong, lasting relationships and going that extra mile.
