As the need for SupportKey’s services became increasingly obvious, Tom joined the team as a second Senior Consultant – and it wasn’t long before Stuart also came on board.
It became clear early on that businesses appreciated – and needed – the personal attention the three could provide. Based in Paisley, SupportKey now has clients throughout the central belt of Scotland, and up into the highlands and islands. A growing client base meant we could expand the team with the introduction of the service desk to provide immediate first line support. Now there’s also an office manager keeping an eye on everything behind the scenes, notably using the very same services and software that we recommend to our clients.

Andy founded SupportKey in 1998 after serving many years as a network specialist and technical trainer. Working within the Scottish IT industry for over 30 years, he has gained extensive experience covering a broad range of projects and client sectors.
Tom has been with SupportKey since the early years and helped grow the business with his wide range of experience. Tom splits his time between support, consultancy and client account management with specialist knowledge of Housing Association and Charity sectors amongst others.
Stuart joined Supportkey in 2006, bringing his wealth of experience as a Technical Consultant and Project Manager to the team. In addition to client account management Stuart has extensive knowledge of the Social Care, Architect and Public sectors.
Barbara joined SupportKey in 2014 as Office Manager and PA to the directors. Responsibilities include accounts and other administrative duties, supervising the Service Desk and welcoming any office visitors.
Ryan started as an Apprentice Systems Engineer in 2015, promptly qualified and was later promoted to Technical Consultant in 2019. Ryan splits his time between a leading role on the Service Desk, project implementations and client management.
Craig joined the team in 2021 as Apprentice Systems Engineer, completing his training in 2022 and now is an essential part of the team providing 1st line support to clients on the Service Desk.
