2.  Directing Your Complaint to the Right Person

To help us route your concern to the correct internal manager immediately and accelerate your resolution, please indicatewhich track your issue falls under when contacting us:

•       Track A: Service & Product Quality

Concerns regarding the delivery, features, performance, or value of our products or services, or issues concerningour day-to-day business operations and customer service.

•       Track B: Data Protection & Digital Privacy

Concerns regarding how we collect, store, share, or handle your personal information, security or confidentialitymatters, disputes regarding Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), or any other issues concerning your dataprivacy rights.

3.   Our Investigation Timelines

  • Stage 1 – Early Frontline Resolution: We aim to address and resolve straightforward, minor concerns informallywithin 5 working days of receipt.
    • Stage 2 – Formal Investigation: For complex matters or formal statutory data rights disputes, we will issue aformal written acknowledgment of your complaint within 3 working days. (For Data Protection items, weguarantee a formal statutory acknowledgment within a maximum backstop of 30 calendar days from receipt,with the legal timeline beginning the day following intake).

•       Investigation Resolutions:

  • For Track A (Service & Quality): A comprehensive internal review will be conducted, resulting in a formalwritten outcome letter delivered no later than 30 working days from the date your concerns wereescalated to Stage 2.
    • Track B (Data Protection): A detailed privacy enquiry will commence immediately. In strict compliance withthe law, your case will be prioritised and investigated without undue delay.

We will provide you with regular, timely updates regarding our progress and will communicate our finalfindings and corrective remedies to you as swiftly as possible.

4.  Independent External Escalation

We always strive to resolve complaints thoroughly and amicably through our internal approach and response. However, ifyou have fully exhausted our internal procedure and have received a final decision from us and remain dissatisfied with ourfinal Stage 2 outcome, you may have the right to escalate your case to the appropriate independent external regulator:

•       For Track A: Service & Quality Complaints

You hold a statutory right to complain directly to the independent ombudsman or regulatory body that oversees thespecific service. They can be contacted at:

•       For Track B: Data Protection & Digital Privacy Complaints

Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, the supervisory authority generally requires you to have fully completedour internal complaints process and received our final outcome notice before they will accept your case forregulatory assessment. If you remain unsatisfied following our final Stage 2 response, you can contact the UK regulator at:
